Struggling Sunderland host high-flying Brentford this weekend as the Blackcats hope to build on their remarkable comeback last weekend at Bristol City where they scored three late goals to rescue what could prove to be a vital point.
Sunderland, are currently sat 23rd and a win won't even take them out of the relegation zone due to goal difference but their oppoente this week are currently sat 10th and the Bee's are hoping to continue their push for a play-off spot with a win this weekend.
Paddy McNair and Jonny Williams may be available for the match after playing for the Under-23 side. Callum McManaman could potentially return after spending a month on the side-lines with a groin problem.
Chris Coleman has doubts over the availability of Lamine Kone.
For Brentford, striker Chiedozie Ogbene could be making his debut after signing in January whereas winger Sergi Canos won’t be available because of his three game suspension.
