Crystal Palace vs Newcastle United Preview

Both clubs are faced with relegation this season and look to overcome recent draws in the league to return to winning ways in this crucial six-pointer at Selhurst Park.
Palace drew 1-1 away to West Ham last Tuesday and Newcastle managed a 1-1 draw at home to fellow strugglers Brighton.
In the reverse fixture it was the Magpies who stole the three points with an 86th minute winner by Merino at St. James’ Park back in October.
Newcastle will be hoping that new loan signings Kenedy and lslam Slimani will fire the Toon into a much needed three points to steer them away from relegation which looms over them dangerously.
Palace manager Roy Hodgson will be wishing Palace can make this a 3rd win in 6 games.
Palace’s home form has been impressive in recent games, only losing once since mid-September in the league whereas Newcastle’s away form has been questionable all season, losing seven times.
